The SESD0201X1UN0020-090 is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse's SESD series, designed for ESD protection in high-speed data lines. It provides ±20kV ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 and features ultra-low capacitance of 0.2pF typical at 3GHz, making it suitable for USB 3.1, HDMI 2.0, and DisplayPort interfaces.
With a reverse standoff voltage of 7.0V and minimum breakdown voltage of 9.00V at 1mA, the device clamps at 9.2V typical under 2A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). Reverse leakage current is limited to 50nA maximum at 5V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications.
The diode is housed in a 0201 (0603 metric) surface mount package with supplier device package 0201/DFN0603. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and can be stored from -55°C to 150°C. The component is RoHS3 compliant and lead-free.
