The SESD0201X1BN-0010-098 is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse's SESD series, designed for ESD protection in high-speed data interfaces. It features an ultra-low capacitance of 0.1pF typical (0.13pF maximum) at 3GHz, making it suitable for applications such as HDMI 2.0, USB 3.1, and DisplayPort. The device offers a reverse working voltage of 7.0V, a typical breakdown voltage of 9.80V at 1mA, and a clamping voltage of 10V at 2A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform).
