The SEAM-40-03.0-S-06-2-A-K-TR is a 240-position, 6-row high density array male connector part of Samtec's SEARAY series. It features a 1.27mm (0.050") pitch and is designed for high-speed board-to-board applications.
This connector supports data rates up to 56 Gbps PAM4 and is rated for 5,000 mating cycles under Extended Life Product certification. Current rating is 2.7A maximum (10 pins powered), with voltage ratings of 240 VAC and 339 VDC. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
The Edge Rate contact system ensures rugged performance and lower insertion/withdrawal forces. The connector is qualified for Severe Environment Testing (SET) and meets IPC-A-610F and J-STD-001F Class 3 criteria. It is available with solder charge termination and is packaged in Tape & Reel (200 parts per package).
Surface mount mounting type with a height above board of 5.59mm (0.220"). Mated stacking heights range from 8mm to 10.5mm. Features include board guide and pick and place for automated assembly.
