SEAM-40-02.0-S-08-2-A

The SEAM-40-02.0-S-08-2-A is a high-density array plug connector from Samtec's SEARAY series, designed for high-speed board-to-board mezzanine applications. It features 320 positions arranged in 8 rows with a 1.27mm (0.050") pitch, enabling dense routing. The connector uses the Edge Rate contact system for high mating cycles and signal integrity, supporting data rates up to 56 Gbps PAM4. It is rated for 2.7A per pin (10 pins powered) and 240 VAC/339 VDC, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.

This connector uses a surface mount mounting type with a stacking height range of 7mm to 10mm (based on mated stacking heights). The contact finish is 0.76µm (30µin) gold over copper alloy, with matte tin on solder tails for lead-free solderability. The insulator is black LCP.
