The SDT5H100P5-7 is a 5A, 100V Trench Schottky Barrier Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It offers a low forward voltage drop of 0.62V maximum at 5A, which enhances efficiency in power conversion applications. The device also features a fast reverse recovery time of ≤500 ns and a low reverse leakage current of 0.1 mA at 100V.
This rectifier is designed for use in DC-DC converters, AC-DC adaptors, and as a freewheel or blocking diode. It can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge currents up to 150A at 8.3 ms, making it robust for transient conditions. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, with a typical thermal resistance of 88°C/W from junction to ambient.
The SDT5H100P5-7 is packaged in a compact, thermally efficient PowerDI 5 surface-mount package. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 1500 pieces per reel.
