The SDT40A100CTFP is a trench Schottky rectifier array containing two diodes with a common cathode configuration. It is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100V per leg and can handle an average rectified current of 20A per leg (40A total). The forward voltage drop is a maximum of 0.72V at 20A and 25°C, while reverse leakage current is limited to 120µA at 100V. The device offers fast recovery with a maximum recovery time of 500ns.
This rectifier array is ideal for use in DC-DC converters, AC-DC adaptors, and as freewheeling or blocking diodes. The ITO-220AB full pack package provides an isolated tab for efficient heat sinking and is through-hole mounted. The package is molded from UL 94V-0 rated plastic and features matte tin finish terminals over a copper leadframe.
Environmental compliance is assured with RoHS3 compliance, lead-free and halogen-free construction. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to 150°C, making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial and consumer applications. The part is supplied in tubes of 50 pieces.
