The SDT10A100P5-7D is a 10A Trench Schottky Barrier Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for surface mount applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V and an average rectified current (Io) of 10A. The forward voltage is typically 680mV at 10A, and reverse leakage current is limited to 100µA. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 240A for 8.3ms.
This rectifier is suitable for use in DC-DC converters, AC-DC adaptors, and as a freewheeling or blocking diode. It features excellent high temperature stability with a maximum operating junction temperature of +150°C. The soft, fast switching capability makes it ideal for high-frequency circuits.
The device is housed in the compact PowerDI5 package, which provides efficient thermal management. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 1,500 units per reel. The terminals have a matte tin finish over copper, ensuring solderability per MIL-STD-202. The component is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1.
