The SDT10100P5-13D is a 10A trench Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It features a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V and a low forward voltage drop of 700mV at 10A, which minimizes conduction losses. The device offers excellent high-temperature stability with an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.
This rectifier is suitable for use as a rectifier, freewheel diode, or blocking diode in DC-DC converters and AC-DC adaptors. It provides soft, fast switching capability with a maximum reverse recovery time of 500ns when forward current exceeds 200mA.
The SDT10100P5-13D is housed in a surface-mount PowerDI5 package, which offers compact size and efficient thermal performance. The package is molded from green molding compound with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Terminals are matte tin annealed over a copper leadframe, and the device is lead-free, RoHS3 compliant, and halogen-free. Moisture sensitivity level is 1 (unlimited). Packaging is tape and reel with 5000 pieces per reel.
