The SDT06S60 is a 600V, 6A Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode manufactured by Infineon Technologies. It utilizes SiC technology to achieve benchmark switching behavior with no reverse recovery and no temperature influence on switching. The diode offers a typical forward voltage of 1.5V at 6A and 25°C, with a maximum of 1.7V. Reverse current is typically 20µA at 600V and 25°C. The total capacitive charge is 21nC, and the device can handle non-repetitive surge currents up to 21.5A.
