The SDMP0340LAT-7-F from Diodes Incorporated is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode array consisting of two diodes in a common anode configuration. It is designed for low logic level applications and features a low forward voltage drop of 290 mV typical at 1 mA forward current. The device is rated for a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40 V and a maximum forward continuous current of 30 mA. With a low total capacitance of 2 pF at 1 V and 1 MHz, it is suitable for high-speed switching and protection circuits. The array is housed in a compact SOT-523 package and is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020D. The guard ring die construction provides transient protection, making it ideal for portable electronics and other low-power applications.
