The SDM40E20LC-7 is a dual surface mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated, featuring a common cathode configuration. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 20V and a forward continuous current of 400mA. The very low forward voltage drop of 310mV at 100mA ensures efficient operation, making it suitable for low voltage, high speed switching applications. The device is housed in a compact SOT-23-3 package, ideal for space-constrained designs. It is fully RoHS compliant and lead-free, with a moisture sensitivity level of 1. The guard ring construction provides transient protection. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 125°C.
