The SDM40E20LA-7 is a dual Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated configured as a common anode pair. It features a very low forward voltage drop of 310 mV at 100 mA, minimizing power dissipation. The guard ring construction provides transient protection for reliable operation. Electrical characteristics include a maximum reverse voltage of 20 V, a maximum forward continuous current of 0.4 A, and a non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 2 A at 8.3 ms. Power dissipation is rated at 225 mW (depending on mounting conditions).
The device is housed in a surface mount SOT23-3 package with molded plastic material rated UL94V-0. Terminals are matte tin plated and solderable per MIL-STD-202.
