The SDM2100S1F-7 is a 2A, 100V Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, housed in a compact SOD123F surface-mount package. It exhibits a low forward voltage drop of 830 mV at 2 A and a reverse leakage current of 0.15 µA at 25°C, contributing to high efficiency in power conversion circuits. The device is capable of withstanding a non-repetitive surge current of 50 A (8.3 ms sine wave) and features a typical junction capacitance of 42 pF at 4 V and 1 MHz.
Designed for general-purpose rectification, the SDM2100S1F-7 is suitable for use as a boost diode, blocking diode, or in other low-power applications. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and has typical thermal resistances of 40°C/W (junction-to-case) and 100°C/W (junction-to-ambient). The diode is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards, making it suitable for automotive electronics.
The SOD123F package features a molded plastic case with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, matte tin terminals, and a cathode band for polarity marking.
