The SDM20U30-7 is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low voltage, high speed switching applications. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 200mA.
The diode offers low forward voltage drop: maximum 0.5V at 200mA, with typical values of 0.35V at 20mA, 0.20V at 1mA, and 0.15V at 100µA. Reverse leakage current is 150µA maximum at 30V and 30µA maximum at 10V. Junction capacitance is 20pF typical at 0V and 1MHz.
Packaged in the ultra-small SOD523 (SC-79) case, the device is suitable for space-constrained designs.
