The SDM1M40LP8-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a 1.0A surface mount Schottky rectifier diode in the industry-standard U-DFN1608-2 package. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified output current of 1A. The device features an ultra-low forward voltage drop of 0.66V maximum at 1A and a reverse leakage current of only 0.02mA at 40V and 25°C.
