SDM10K45-7

The SDM10K45-7 is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for general purpose switching applications and offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 45V and a forward continuous current rating of 100mA. The diode features a low forward voltage of typically 370mV at 10mA, with a maximum of 450mV. Reverse leakage current is typically 0.07µA at 10V, rising to 1.0µA maximum. Total capacitance is 6.0pF typical at 10V and 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal switching. The device is rated for a power dissipation of 200mW when mounted on an FR-5 PCB, and has a thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 500°C/W. The operating and storage temperature range is -40°C to +125°C. The SDM10K45-7 is packaged in the ultra-small SOD-323 surface mount package, which is ideal for space-constrained designs. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel. The case is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and terminals are matte tin finish over Alloy 42 leadframe, solderable per MIL-STD-202. Moisture sensitivity level is MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020C, allowing unlimited floor life. The diode is available in a RoHS compliant version.
