The SDM05U40CSP-7 is a 40V, 500mA Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, optimized for low forward voltage drop and low leakage current. It is housed in a compact chip scale package (X3-WLB1006-2) that occupies only 0.6mm² board-space and has an ultra-thin profile of 0.275mm.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 460mV at 500mA, a maximum reverse leakage of 75µA at 40V, and a typical junction capacitance of 35pF at 4V, 1MHz.
