The SDM03MT40-7-F is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode array manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It contains three independent Schottky diodes, each rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40 V and a forward continuous current of 30 mA. The device offers a maximum forward voltage of 370 mV (at 1 mA) and a typical forward voltage of 370 mV under the same condition, ensuring minimal power loss. Reverse leakage current is limited to 1 µA, and non-repetitive surge current handling up to 200 mA (8.3 ms) provides transient robustness.
The array is designed for low logic level applications requiring low capacitance and low forward voltage drop. A guard ring construction provides transient protection. The device is housed in a molded plastic SOT-26 package (green molding compound) with matte tin lead finish, rated UL 94V-0 flammability. It mounts via surface mount technology (SMD/SMT) and has a thermal resistance of 444 °C/W from junction to ambient. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 125°C.
Compliance certifications include RoHS3 compliance, lead-free construction, and halogen/antimony-free green status. Moisture sensitivity level is 1 (unlimited). The component is suitable for portable electronics, signal switching, and protection circuits where multiple low-power Schottky diodes are required in a single package.
