The SDC36.TCT is a surface-mount Zener TVS diode from Semtech, designed for general-purpose transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 33V and a clamping voltage of 45V, with a peak pulse current rating of 4A under a 1.2/50µs waveform. The device provides 200W peak pulse power and integrates two unidirectional channels and one bidirectional channel, allowing flexible protection of multiple signal lines.
