SDB157-TP

The SDB157-TP is a single phase bridge rectifier diode manufactured by Micro Commercial Components. It is designed for converting alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) in power supply applications. The device is rated for an average rectified forward current of 1.5A at an ambient temperature of 40°C and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V. It can handle a non-repetitive peak surge current of 50A for an 8.3ms half sine wave, with an I²t rating of 10.3 A²s for pulse durations between 1ms and 8.3ms. The forward voltage is typically 1.1V at a forward current of 0.7A and 25°C junction temperature. The junction capacitance is typically 18pF at 4V reverse bias and 1MHz. The device has a maximum reverse current of 5µA at 25°C and 100µA at 125°C. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and can be stored in the same range. The thermal resistance from junction to lead is typically 15°C/W and from junction to ambient is 40°C/W. The SDB157-TP is housed in a surface mount SDB-1 package with 4-SMD gull wing leads, making it suitable for automated assembly processes.
