The SD36C-01FTG is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse Inc. designed for transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 36V and a clamping voltage of 60V at a peak pulse current of 5A (8/20µs). The device can handle 450W of peak pulse power.
