The SD24C.TCT is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from Semtech designed for general purpose ESD and transient voltage protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 24V and a maximum clamping voltage of 44V, capable of handling 350W peak pulse power (8/20µs waveform) with an 8A peak pulse current.
