The SD12CT1G is a bi-directional ESD protection diode from ON Semiconductor designed to protect voltage sensitive components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient overvoltage events.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse working voltage of 12 V, a maximum clamping voltage of 19 V, and a peak pulse power rating of 350 W under an 8/20 µs waveform. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD immunity standards with a withstand voltage of ±30 kV for both air and contact discharge, and also complies with IEC 61000-4-4 EFT immunity up to 40 A.
