This bidirectional TVS diode offers robust protection with a peak pulse power of 360W and a peak pulse current of 15A (8/20µs). It provides ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 standards, handling ±30kV for both air and contact discharges. The device features ultra-low channel input capacitance of 52.6pF at 1MHz.

 

Designed for surface mount applications, the SD12C-7 operates within a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. It is constructed with molded plastic and features matte tin finish terminals, making it solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208.

 

The SD12C-7 is totally lead-free and fully RoHS 3 compliant, also being halogen and antimony-free. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel.
