The SD1206S100S1R0 is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It is designed for surface mount assembly in a compact 1206 (3216 Metric) package. This diode employs lead-less chip technology which eliminates the lead frame and wire bonds, improving heat transfer and current handling capability.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V, a maximum average rectified current of 1A, and a forward voltage of 850 mV at 1A.
