The SD107WS-7-F is a Schottky barrier diode designed for low voltage, low current applications. It offers a low forward voltage drop and low capacitance, making it suitable for high-speed switching and logic level circuits.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum reverse voltage of 30V, forward continuous current of 100mA, and forward surge current of 750mA. Forward voltage is typically 300mV at 2mA, 360mV at 15mA, 470mV at 50mA, and maximum 800mV at 100mA. Typical capacitance is 7pF at 10V and 1MHz. Power dissipation is 250mW with a thermal resistance of 500°C/W junction-to-ambient.
The diode is supplied in a SOD323 surface mount package, available in tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has an MSL of Level 1. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
