The Vishay Semiconductors SD103BWS-HE3-08 is a small signal Schottky barrier diode. It is protected by a PN junction guard ring and offers a low forward voltage drop and fast switching characteristics.
This diode is suitable for general purpose applications, including protection of MOS devices, steering, biasing, and coupling diodes for fast switching and low logic level applications. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage rating of 30V and a forward continuous current of 350mA.
The device comes in a SOD-323 surface mount package. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C, with a junction temperature of 125°C. The thermal resistance junction to ambient is 500 K/W.
