The SD103AW-13-F is a Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low-voltage rectification and high-efficiency power conversion. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified current of 200mA. The forward voltage drop is typically 600mV at 200mA, enabling low power dissipation. Reverse leakage current is limited to 5µA at 30V, and the diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 10ns typical. Junction capacitance is 28pF at 0V and 1MHz.
Typical applications include low voltage rectification, DC-DC converters, switch mode power supplies, and inverse polarity protection. The device incorporates guard ring construction for transient protection.
The diode is supplied in a surface-mount SOD-123 package, with matte tin annealed terminals over an Alloy 42 leadframe. It is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free (green). Packaged in tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel.
