The SD103ATW-7-F from Diodes Incorporated is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array featuring three fully isolated Schottky diodes in a compact SOT-363 package. Each diode has a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V and a maximum forward continuous current of 350mA, with an average rectified current of 175mA per diode. The typical forward voltage is 500mV at 100mA, and the reverse recovery time is 10ns, enabling fast switching performance.
The device is built with guard ring construction for transient protection and offers low forward voltage drop and low leakage current. It is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 200mW and thermal resistance of 500°C/W junction-to-ambient.
