The SD103ASDM-7-F is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated. It features two pairs of Schottky diodes in a series connection configuration, housed in a compact SOT-26 package. The device is designed for high-speed switching applications with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40 V and a continuous forward current of 350 mA.
Key electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage drop of 0.37 V at 20 mA, 0.50 V at 100 mA, and 0.60 V at 200 mA. The reverse leakage current is a maximum of 5 µA at 30 V reverse bias.
