TVS diode (transient voltage suppressor) with unidirectional configuration. Reverse standoff voltage of 5V and maximum clamping voltage of 14.5V at 24A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). Peak pulse power rating of 350W under the same conditions. Provides IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection: air discharge 15kV, contact discharge 8kV, and HBM 16kV per MIL-STD-883. Also rated for IEC 61000-4-4 EFT (40A) and IEC 61000-4-5 lightning surge (24A). Typical capacitance of 350pF at 0V bias and 1MHz. Operating junction temperature range -55°C to +150°C. Packaged in SOD323 (SC-76) surface mount package with matte tin terminals over Alloy 42 leadframe. Moisture sensitivity level 1 (unlimited). RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, halogen-free and antimony-free (Green device). Standard packaging is tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel. Note: This part is not recommended for new designs; Diodes Incorporated recommends the SD05A as a replacement.
