With a maximum reverse voltage of 1200V and average rectified current of 15A, it offers zero reverse recovery time (trr = 0 ns) which significantly reduces switching losses. The forward voltage is 1.6V at 15A and typical capacitance is 790pF at 1V. The junction temperature rating is 175°C.
