Utilizing RF-domain analog signal processing, the SC1894A-00M13 operates over wide signal bandwidths (1.2MHz to 75MHz) and consumes very low power. It provides up to 28dB ACLR and 38dB IMD improvement. The device also offers accurate RF power measurement of RFIN and RFFB, along with design support features like spectral monitoring and ACLR alarm accessed via an SPI bus.

 

Applications include cellular infrastructure, microwave backhaul, and broadcast infrastructure. It supports various amplifier classes and PA processes, with average PA output power examples up to 49dBm for cellular infrastructure and up to 60dBm for terrestrial broadcast.
