The SBRT20V45CT is a 20A Trench Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) array from Diodes Incorporated, packaged in the industry-standard TO-220-3 (TO220AB) through-hole package. It contains two diodes in a 1 Pair Common Cathode configuration, each leg rated for 45V reverse voltage and 10A average rectified current.
This device features a very low forward voltage drop of 520 mV maximum at 10A and +25°C, enabling high efficiency and cooler operation. Reverse leakage current is a maximum of 0.3 mA at 45V and +25°C. The SBR technology provides excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures, increasing reliability against thermal runaway.
Typical applications include use as a rectifier, freewheel diode, or blocking diode in DC-DC converters and AC-DC adaptors. The device is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and an MSL rating of Level 1.
