The SBRT20U60SP5-7 is a 20A, 60V TrenchSBR Super Barrier Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It offers an ultra-low forward voltage drop of 530mV at 20A, minimizing power losses in high-efficiency designs. The device provides excellent reverse leakage stability at elevated temperatures, with a maximum reverse leakage current of 400µA at 60V.
This rectifier is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability and is suitable for applications such as AC-DC adaptors, chargers, and DC-DC converters. It is packaged in the thermally efficient PowerDI 5 surface-mount package, which has a low profile of less than 1.1mm for thin applications.
