The SBRT20U50SLP-13 is a TrenchSBR Super Barrier Rectifier designed for high-efficiency rectification in power conversion circuits. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50V and a maximum average rectified current of 20A. The device achieves a low forward voltage drop of 0.5V at 20A and 25°C, which improves efficiency and reduces thermal stress.
This rectifier is housed in the compact, thermally efficient POWERDI5060-8 surface-mount package with a profile of less than 1.1mm. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability and is suitable for automotive and industrial applications. The device is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has an MSL of Level 1 per J-STD-020.
Typical applications include use as a rectifier, freewheel diode, or blocking diode in DC-DC converters and AC-DC adaptors. The super barrier technology provides excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures, increasing reliability against thermal runaway failure.
