The SBRT20U100SLP-13 is a 20A Trench Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high efficiency and reliable operation. It offers a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V and a low forward voltage drop (VF) of 0.70V at 20A and +25°C, which reduces power dissipation and improves thermal performance.
This rectifier is packaged in the compact, thermally efficient PowerDI5060-8 surface mount package, which has a low profile of less than 1.1mm. It is ideal for space-constrained applications requiring high current handling. The device is qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability and is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free.
