The SBRT20M60SP5-7D is a 60V, 20A TrenchSBR Super Barrier Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a low forward voltage drop of 570mV at 20A and excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures.
This rectifier is ideal for applications such as AC-DC adaptors/chargers above 10W and DC-DC converters. It provides efficient rectification, freewheeling, or polarity protection.
The device is housed in the thermally efficient POWERDI5 surface mount package, with a low profile of less than 1.1mm. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and qualified to AEC-Q101 standards.
