The SBRT10U50SP5-13 is a Trench Super Barrier Rectifier (TrenchSBR) from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low voltage, high current rectification applications. It is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 50V and an average rectified current of 10A. The device features an ultra-low forward voltage drop of 0.45V maximum at 10A, which helps minimize power losses and improve efficiency. The reverse leakage current is limited to 0.3mA maximum at 25°C.
Packaged in the compact, thermally efficient PowerDI5 surface mount package, the SBRT10U50SP5-13 has a low profile of less than 1.1mm, making it suitable for thin applications. The package is molded with a green compound and is rated UL 94V-0. The device is halogen and antimony free, and is lead-free with RoHS compliance.
