The SBRS81100NT3G is a Schottky barrier rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for low voltage, high frequency rectification. It features a maximum average rectified current of 2A and a DC blocking voltage of 100V. The forward voltage drop is 750 mV at 1A, and the device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 50A. The rectifier operates over a junction temperature range of -65 to 175°C.
This diode is built with epitaxial construction and oxide passivation, providing highly stable performance. A guardring provides stress protection for improved reliability. The part is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it suitable for automotive applications.
