This is a Schottky barrier rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for switch-mode power supplies and inductive switching circuits. It features a low forward voltage of 510 mV at 8A and a fast recovery time of ≤500 ns.
Electrical ratings include a maximum average rectified forward current of 8A at TC=88°C, peak repetitive reverse voltage of 35V, and non-repetitive surge current of 75A. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
