The SBRD8320G is a Schottky barrier rectifier designed for switch-mode power supplies and other inductive switching circuits. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 20V and an average rectified current of 3A at +125°C. The forward voltage is typically 600mV at 3A, ensuring low power dissipation.
This device features extremely fast switching with a reverse recovery time of less than 500ns, making it suitable for high-frequency applications. It can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 75A. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, with a thermal resistance of 6°C/W junction-to-case and 80°C/W junction-to-ambient.
The SBRD8320G is housed in a DPAK (TO-252) surface mount package, which is lightweight at 0.4 grams and designed for automated assembly. It is RoHS compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free. ESD ratings are Human Body Model Class 3B and Machine Model Class C.
