The SBR8M100P5Q-13 is an 8A, 100V Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for automotive applications. It utilizes patented SBR technology to provide low forward voltage drop (880mV max at 8A) and excellent high-temperature stability. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 100V, average rectified current of 8A, and reverse leakage current of only 2µA at 100V. The diode offers soft, fast switching capability suitable for polarity protection, re-circulating, switching, and blocking diode functions in DC-DC and AC-DC converters.
