The SBR3U30P1-7 is a 30V, 3A Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) from Diodes Incorporated, featuring ultra-low forward voltage drop of 430mV typical at 3A. This patented SBR technology provides soft, fast switching capability with superior reverse avalanche performance.
Designed for high reliability, the device offers ±16kV HBM ESD protection (Class 3B) and ±25kV IEC 61000-4-2 air discharge ESD protection (Level 4). The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +150°C.
The rectifier is housed in a PowerDI123 surface mount package with matte tin termination finish. It is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free (Green device). Packaged in tape and reel (3000 pieces per reel).
