The SBR30A45CTB-13 is a 30A Super Barrier Rectifier array from Diodes Incorporated. It features very low forward voltage drop (0.55V max at 15A) and excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. The device is ideal for use as a rectifier, freewheel diode, or blocking diode in DC/DC converters and AC/DC adaptors. It employs patented Trench SBR technology, providing superior avalanche capability compared to Schottky diodes. The part is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability. It is packaged in a surface-mount TO-263 (D2PAK) case with a common cathode configuration. The package is molded green plastic with UL94V-0 flammability rating. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and MSL Level 1. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
