The SBR30100CTFP is a 30A Super Barrier Rectifier array from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high efficiency rectification. It features a 1 pair common cathode configuration with a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified output current of 15A per leg (30A total). The device utilizes patented Super Barrier technology, offering a low forward voltage drop of 850mV at 15A and fast recovery speed (<500ns, >200mA).
With a maximum non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 200A and a peak repetitive reverse surge current of 2A, this rectifier is robust for demanding applications. The reverse leakage current is limited to 100µA at 100V. The operating temperature range spans from -65°C to 175°C, ensuring reliability in extreme environments.
The SBR30100CTFP is packaged in a through-hole ITO-220AB (TO-220-3 Full Pack with isolated tab) housing, weighing approximately 1.65 grams.
