The SBR2U60S1F-7 is a single Super Barrier Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general rectification applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and an average rectified forward current of 2A. The forward voltage is typically 0.51V max at 2A, enabling low power loss and high efficiency. The device incorporates guard ring die construction for transient protection and a patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity (35A peak non-repetitive).
Reverse leakage current is limited to 0.15mA at 60V and 25°C, and junction capacitance is 75pF at 10V, 1MHz. The rectifier operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. It is designed for standard recovery applications with reverse recovery time exceeding 500ns.
The SBR2U60S1F-7 is packaged in a SOD-123F surface mount package, with molded plastic green molding compound (UL 94V-0 rated) and matte tin annealed terminals. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and MSL Level 1. An automotive-qualified variant (SBR2U60S1FQ) is available under separate datasheet.
