The SBR2A30P1-7 is a 2A, 30V Super Barrier Rectifier designed and manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It utilizes patented Super Barrier technology to achieve a low forward voltage drop while maintaining excellent reverse leakage characteristics. The device is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified output current of 2A. It can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge currents up to 75A.
Forward voltage is typically 0.275V at 1A and 0.39V at 2A, with maximum values of 0.34V and 0.5V respectively. The rectifier offers robust ESD protection: ±16kV HBM and ±25kV IEC 61000-4-2 air discharge. Operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +150°C. Thermal resistance from junction to soldering is 5°C/W, and to ambient is 175°C/W on FR-4 PCB.
The device is packaged in the PowerDI 123 surface mount package, which features a molded plastic case with green molding compound (halogen-free) and matte tin terminals.
