The SBR20U100CTE is a 20A Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) array from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high efficiency rectification. It consists of two diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 10A average forward current, with a total output of 20A. The device has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and a maximum RMS reverse voltage of 71V.
Key electrical characteristics include an ultra low forward voltage drop of 0.70V at 10A and 25°C, and 0.63V at 20A and 25°C. The device offers soft, fast switching capability suitable for high frequency applications. Reverse leakage current is 0.5mA at 100V and 25°C.
The SBR20U100CTE is housed in a TO-262 through-hole package with matte tin finish on copper leadframe. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C and has a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 2°C/W. The device is RoHS compliant and lead-free.
