The SBR20A200CTB-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a 20A, 200V common cathode super barrier rectifier array. It features a low forward voltage drop of 0.86V maximum at 10A per leg and a fast reverse recovery time of 30ns. The device is rated for a maximum average rectified output current of 20A total and can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 180A.
This rectifier array is designed for use in DC-DC converters, AC-DC adaptors, and as a freewheel or blocking diode. The patented SBR technology provides superior avalanche capability compared to Schottky diodes, ensuring more rugged and reliable end applications.
The device is housed in a TO-263AB (D2PAK) surface mount package and is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020.
